How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

During the holiday season, Woodfield hosted a Toys and Books Donation benefitting the Florence Fuller Child Development Center in Boca Raton. Members of all ages were encouraged to share in the giving spirit of the season by donating new or gently used toys and books.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The drop off location in our Children’s Clubhouse was specifically selected not only for parents’ convenience, but also as an enrichment opportunity for children who were able to see the donation pile growing and learn about giving to those in need.

With so many young families at Woodfield, the opportunity to donate gently used toys and books was well received. The donation was a big success with generous Members donating more than 195 items.
