University Athletics Practice Experiences

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Go team! Members of Field Club have had the opportunity to experience local university athletics from a different vantage point. We've had rave reviews from parents and kiddos alike on how much they have enjoyed being able to attend both games and practices. From hockey to volleyball to basketball, Field Club has had ticket blocks, pre-game locker room tours and player meet and greets.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

These events have been a variety of adult and family focused. Families have attended practice for soccer and volleyball, getting tours of the facilities and meeting players and coaches. At Creighton basketball adults had the opportunity to have a pregame experience on the court along with being selected as guest coaches. We also had the opportunity to watch practice from Coach McDermott's office. Ticket availability is posted on social media and are always popular. We are looking to expand opportunities in the coming years.
