How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

At our employee holiday reception, we made one of the prizes a VIP package for our upcoming summer employee celebration. We included the following elements:

• Premium parking spot (no cost)
• Reserved table (no cost)
• Extra CCV swag (nominal cost)
• Extra ice cream tickets (very nominal cost)
• Extra entry in prize raffle (no cost)

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

This prize packs a lot of bang for the buck. It costs the Club very little money but includes meaningful rewards.
