Virtual Summer Cooking Series
How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
Since we have encountered a Stay-at-Home Order twice here in California our ability to pivot quickly has become critical. We were able to offer our Membership an interactive Virtual Cooking Series: Mastering the Grill. This is a hands-on course from the comfort of your own home cooking alongside our Executive Chef and Club President.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
Our Executive Chef and President partnered together and fired up the grill! This hands-on Member class was offered via our zoom platform and staged at the Club on a beautiful, sunny SoCal day. Our Membership picked up fresh provisions packages with recipes that included dry rubs, proteins, and vegetables that they would need to grill at home. Items included, Tri-Tip, Salmon and all the mouth watering sides that keep our Members coming back for more! The zoom ended with a question and answer time that allowed Members to learn great tips and tricks of our amazing Chef.
