Walk for Ukraine

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Broken Sound Club members stepped up for a walk around the community to raise funds for the children who have been forced to flee their homes due to conflict. Save the Children is on the ground, in the U.S. and around the world, delivering lifesaving aid. Broken Sound Club communicated its plan to raise funds and give back via the weekly Member newsletter. In addition to our Members and Team Members participating in the walk, media was present and covered the fundraising efforts.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

More than 200 Broken Sound Club Members and Team Members participated and raised more than $10,000 that was donated to Save The Children Federation, Inc. The foundation’s local chair was so gracious for our efforts as a community that they replied with a generous thank you video note that was shared with our Members and Team. The graciousness shown was unmatched.
