How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

This Idea begun with transparent communication with the membership during ownership turnover and club being closed during COVID. This presentation keeps all members up to date with club direction, crucial strategic & operational decision, club activities, club news etc. members are more synced in and have witnessed enhanced participation and awareness of club operations.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

During turnover the availability of club amenities were minimal and member activity at the club was very low. As the world was more connecting with zoom and webinars we discussed that this would be a great opportunity to connect with our members and keep them up to date on the clubs direction. The Webinars have been well received and the membership is very appreciative of the communication effort made by the new management Team.
