The Birkman Method helps people understand how individual differences in perception have far-reaching impacts on relationships, performance, and morale. The Carmel team has been focusing on learing their own Birkman profiles through a series of workshops and training sessions as well as learning how their Birkman helps them relate better to their teammates. By understanding what motivates each individual and how they best work, interdepartmental relationships become more efficient and productive.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The team was challenged to create their own personal profiles to display in their offices to help others know how they work best. By using Bitmojis to interject a little humor into the exercise, the team has embraced their differences and learned to adapt their styles of communication and management to each other.
