How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

We created a fun, exciting game to help train staff. This game is reminiscent of a wheel of fortune style spin board with many different questions and act out scenarios. The purpose is for the staff to be engaged during lineups. By doing so we are creating a positive workplace environment which leads to higher morale levels for the team. Questions could vary from asking servers to act out role plays to menu knowledge and general serving etiquette.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We started by creating questions and role plays for our “Wheel”. Once the questions were complete, we took the game to lineup and let the team spin the wheel and answer the question they landed on. This tool creates a fun and engaging training atmosphere for our team members. Due to training, members receive better service from the staff.
