Whiskey Dinner
How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
Our Whiskey Dinner featured Woodford Reserve’s four of flavor profiles; malt, wheat, rye, and double barrel. Our Executive Chef created the stunning 4-course dinner menu pairing each course with the Whiskies and their unique flavor profiles.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
We transformed our Lakeside Terrace into an exclusive Woodford Whiskey Club! We used the same color palette that is unique to Woodford emphasizing coppers and rose gold. We partnered with local, aware- winning Mixologist, Ravin Buzzell who crafted an ENCC smoked signature Old Fashion using specialty ice that was branded for this event. We educated members on the flavor profiles of 4 different whiskies as well as their history, and origin. At the end of the event, all of the members took home a special gift set to remember their experience. This event served as the kickoff to our Whiskey of the Month Club by sparking our Members’ interest in the world of Whiskey. When you join our Whiskey Club, you are guaranteed priority seating at Whiskey events like this one!
