White Lights, Big Dining - Farm to Table Dinner. WOW! White lights, perfect weather, long tables, simple decorations and outstanding fresh foods was a huge hit. Our members truly loved this event, which was a first for us this year. Every home run event enhances the club's operation and it's safe to say this event was just that - members are still talking about it and anticipating the next one! The sold out event will be added to our regular seasonal calendar.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Members loved the fresh food and the family style seating, which was conducive to sharing stories and toasts throughout the dinner.

Our local purveyors provided French Style Bread; salad from the garden vegetables; organic vegetables such as eggplant, zucchini, fennel bulbs, roasted butternuts and turnips; rock shrimp; Mahi Mahi and striploin. The amazing menu was topped off with strawberry fennel crostada, lemon honey biscuits and bon bons.
