Nitrogen- use in cocktails and to make table side ice cream

The addition of Nitrogen to making cocktails and ice cream really adds flare and excitement to any event that we use it for.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We used this for several of our Club events like New Years and our Annual art show. The members really loved the creativity and we heard positive feedback about it for weeks after each event!
