Wine at the Den

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Wine at the Den was created for our team to have a fun and interactive education session about wine. The training was given by our wine reps which allowed our team to interact with them and taste a variety of wines.

This helped our servers to have a wide knowledge of different wines which increased their confidence to talk about the wine to our members and take the chance to upsell.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We reached out to our wine reps, they were very happy to participate and share their knowledge with our team. This was done specifically for our team.
