Winter Igloo Village

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

We are so incredibly happy to say that since we opened the igloos have been extremely popular we are now completely book until the end of March! Yes, it has enhanced our clubs operations by increasing sales but we hope that in return it has also enhanced their dining experience. Our goal to provide a an atmosphere where the last thing they think about pandemic.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Our maintenance department designed the platforms for each igloo and an additional platform for the fire pit lounge. We themed each igloos of JCB's wine collection and decorated them according to the their wine line aesthetics. The igloos opened in December 2020 and plan to be available to mid March. They are available for dinner service Wednesday-Sunday from 5pm-closing. Our members breaths are taken away when they see the igloos and mostly impressed that we manage to still server piping hot food.
