Woodfire Pizza & Mile High Milkshakes

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Every Thursday night we host a “Kid’s Night”, with a Kid’s buffet available and entertainment twice a month. The Club was looking to refresh the evening, as well as provide an incentive for adults without young children to come to the Club on Thursdays, and Mile High Milkshake and Woodfire Pizza Night was created. This idea has increased traffic in several of our dining rooms each Thursday.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

This idea was implemented with our culinary team getting creative in designing milkshakes each Thursday night, and utilizing our wood-fired pizza oven. Each week, three milkshakes are offered. Two milkshakes are new, and one milkshake is the most popular from the previous week. The milkshakes and pizza of the day are highlighted on the Club Instagram, and often members admit they came in just because they saw the offerings for that evening.
