How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The pandemic drove our Members to exercise outside. To create a safe environment for our Members, we built a Green Space adjacent to our Fitness Center that became the perfect solution for our Members needs.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The Charlotte Country Club started the delivery service for senior members of the club in July 2020 in response to COVID. Since these members were essentially quarantined in their residential buildings or their houses, the managers thought it would be a great idea to offer to bring the taste of the club to those who couldn’t come to CCC.

The Fitness Green Space has successfully evolved as the go-to fitness destination for our group exercise classes and personal training sessions.
