A pickup truck crane winch for lifting cargo into the bed of the truck was converted into a towing apparatus for the shop utility vehicle.

The crane winch has made towing carts much easier because it only requires one person and no towing straps. The crane winch lifts the front end of the broken cart off the ground, alleviating the need for someone to steer the broken vehicle. With the versatility of the crane winch, lifting heavy objects or towing carts and equipment has turned a multi-person job into a one-person job.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Improving efficiency has an indirect impact on members, allowing staff to do more tasks which improves the overall conditions of the golf courses.
