How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

This formula has greatly enhanced club operations, we now use it for our committees every year which makes onboarding organized and easier for everyone. A general framework for the year makes it easy for the management to guide ideas, engage members quickly in committees, and focus on solutions to address feedback from members in a positive direction.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We have implemented this idea with our agendas and new committee member packets. Having a plan that maps out the whole year has been extremely well received by our membership. They now expect a cadence to the year and can be ready to contribute to the Club!
