How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

This program continues to grow each year and has been a great way to engage and recognize the talents of the club's youth.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Members registered for the program (17 and under), receive a take-home canvas and painting kit to create a painting with a predetermined holiday theme. Upon completion, they return the paintings to be displayed throughout the third floor gallery/display.
