How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

We created the Youth & Family Video Resources as a way to engage with the membership and allow them to familiarize with our team. These videos offered the unique opportunity to convey the message and goals of the Youth & Family team. The videos also provide an opportunity to promote other resources the club has to offer, such as the health and wellness programs.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The videos were included in a spread in our bi-weekly e-blast and also linked on our Club instagram account. The membership has enjoyed the videos and getting to know our team in an alternative way! We feel these types of resources resonate with the next generation of membership.
