How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Youth Managers and the Club Manager at Farmington created a conference to provide managers with networking, team building and brainstorming opportunities. The overall goal of the summit was to discover how Youth Managers can help the children of members grow as individuals, shape their social and emotional learning, and build confidence.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The Youth Managers Summit targeted managers in youth programming at various clubs throughout the country. Over 13 different clubs participated in the summit. The summit included a guest speaker (Ben Lorenzen from Champion’s Run), breakout sessions, round tables, and idea sharing.
