How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Youth programming is rapidly becoming a cornerstone of the Club industry, with an increasing number of Clubs developing well-rounded initiatives that foster growth and engagement. In response to this rising trend, a dedicated group of youth-focused professionals came together to launch the inaugural Youth Summit. The goal was to provide an inspiring platform for individuals in the field to connect, share knowledge, and build networks. Over the course of three dynamic days, the Summit offered insightful presentations from motivating speakers, along with engaging activities, all while operating at cost. Given the overwhelmingly positive response, the intention is to make this an annual event, continuing to unite and empower those dedicated to advancing youth programming.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Held over three days at two clubs, the summit had over 53 attendees from around the country. Not only did the summit impact the individuals who attended, but it also impacted their programming in the industry beyond. With so much to take away and insight to be learnt from the summit, the connections and knowledge everyone learnt was practical and can already been seen being implemented within the clubs. It was great to see this sector of the industry have an outlet to further their field and bring like minded people together.
