CMAA has negotiated special rates at multiple hotels within walking distance of the Tampa Convention Center. CMAA’s only authorized booking partner for the 2025 World Conference is PasskeyTM. The best way to book your hotel accommodation is through Passkey.

When your registration is confirmed, you will be directed to Passkey to view hotel options, rates, and details. We recommend booking your reservation immediately for the best availability and selection.

Downloading the app is simple, and a necessity for your Conference experience. Access the entire education schedule, manage your schedule, browse the Club Business Expo, connect with fellow attendees, receive real-time alerts and schedule changes, and access the session evaluations to qualify for Education Credits.

The World Conference event app requires Android 10 and higher or iOS 14 and higher. Kindle Fire and other devices that use the Amazon App Store are not supported, but if you have another device that fits these requirements, you might consider that alternative.

The App will be available in early January!

  • All Education and the Opening and Closing Business Sessions will be Business Casual (no jackets required).
  • The CMAA Before Dark and Networking Event will be resort casual.
  • Pack your favorite football (or sports) jersey< for the Super Bowl Party.

All World Conference registrations will go through a review and approval process. Please allow time for our Event Registration Team to review your registration information. Registrations are reviewed as fast as possible, but approvals may take up to 2 business days.

Once approved, you will receive your confirmation email and payment receipt. Your credit card will not be charged until your registration is approved.

If any adjustments need to be made to your registration before it can be approved, the Event Registration Team will be in touch via email. If you have any questions, please contact our Event Registration Team.

Please note that the link to hotel information will be included in your confirmation email once your registration is approved.

Thank you for your patience!
