There are three chef-centric topics in this contest. You can enter one or all of the categories. Since our judges unfortunately can’t sample your dishes, the more details and photos you can provide in your answers, the better.
What is that one dish that you would love to erase from the menu but members would revolt and possibly tar and feather you? How did the dish come about and why is it a staple that just can’t be erased? Are there any funny (or sad) stories that depict this meal? We want to know!
The winner of this category will receive a $1,000 wardrobe shopping spree courtesy of ChefWorks®. (We can’t have you walking around in a tarred-up chef coat after all…)
Your team brings it every day but we all know the big golf tournament calls for putting your best foot forward. What meal (plated or buffet) made your club’s guests say “WOW”? Was there a theme to the event that played into the food selections? Let’s see the goods!

Panel of 5 judges will vote on entries to select winners in all three (3) categories. Judges are comprised of two CMAA representatives, one ClubProcure representative (Cam Schultz), and two Chef Summit session leaders.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, DC, and Canada, you must be 18 years and older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry in the Sweepstakes or Contest constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.
