The 2024 Club Wellness Summit will be hosted at Boca Grove Country Club in Boca Raton, FL, August 4-6, 2024. The Summit is designed for club wellness professionals and club leaders who are interested in learning about how to integrate a variety of wellness offerings into their clubs. The education, networking events, and club tours will provide participants with critical insights into this very important and constantly changing aspect of club operations.

Educational sessions will feature hands-on opportunities to share and learn from fellow club wellness professionals and industry experts.

Relatable insights include how to keep distractions from taking center stage, how to recognize when the same way of doing things doesn’t cut it anymore, and how to establish the SMARTEST goals.

3:30–4:30 p.m.	Strategies, Ideas, and Technologies for Active Aging Luis Bracamonte Club members want to stay healthy, strong, and mentally sharp, continuing to do the things they love for as long as they live. In this session we will go over proven strategies, ideas, and technologies that help clubs deliver on the promise of improving wellness across all demographics with an emphasis on active aging. The topics covered are from the perspective of an operator with more than fourteen years of experience in the club world who understands the needs, goals and challenges of fellow wellness managers and club leaders

CMAA makes every effort to keep attendee expenses at the Club Wellness Summit, including registration fees and accommodation rates, as economical as possible. We work diligently to negotiate the best hotel rates and to make the best use of your registration dollars to keep the Summit affordable and accessible.

CMAA encourages all participants to reserve a room at Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center. This supports not only the Summit, but also future meetings. While in some instances, less expensive accommodations may be available from third party online consolidators, booking within CMAA’s established block helps to underwrite the cost of meeting space and other hotel concessions. When commitments to our host property are not met, CMAA must pay penalties which will ultimately increase the cost of events.

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by the individual whose name appears on the registration. To be valid, submit all requests to CMAA Registration. No refunds will be made after Friday, July 5. CMAA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted; substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the event. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with the substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.
