Develop New Leadership Skills and Advance Your Career

Offered in the fall, the Mid-Management Conference began as a grassroots effort in 1991 by the Greater Chicago Chapter to provide quality educational and networking opportunities for club management professionals who do not serve in the general manager/chief operating officer role. Education is focused on developing new skills, broadening horizons, and advancing career and certification goals.

This year’s event will take place in Philadelphia, PA, September 29–October 2, 2024. Attend and explore sessions on personal leadership, club trends, and career advancement.

Non-Member Registration: $1200

Credits: Attendance at all sessions qualifies for 17 CMI credits.

Important Information

The 2024 Mid-Management Conference host hotel will be Union League Liberty Hill.

Location: 800 Ridge Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA 19444

Rate: CMAA has arranged for a special rate of $205 plus applicable taxes.

Reservations: Guests may start calling in or emailing their reservation requests to 610-825-8000 or lodge@unionleague.org referencing the CMAA Mid-Management Conference block.

Deadline: The last day to book within the group block is September 10.

CMAA makes every effort to keep attendee expenses at the Mid-Management Conference including registration fees and accommodation rates for the event as economical as possible. We work diligently to negotiate the best hotel rates and to make the best use of your registration dollars to keep the Conference affordable and accessible.

CMAA encourages all participants to reserve a room at Union League Liberty Hill; this supports not only the Conference, but also future meetings. While in some instances, less expensive accommodations may be available from third party online consolidators, booking within CMAA’s established block helps to underwrite the cost of meeting space and other hotel concessions. When commitments to our host property are not met, CMAA must pay penalties which will ultimately increase the cost of events.

Attire for MMC is Business Casual. No shorts, frayed, distressed or light washed denim. Khakis/slacks are preferred. Shirts are required to have collars and no hats. Women may wear dresses, skirts, slacks, or khakis.

Please note that while jackets are not required, they are encouraged, especially for visiting The Union League of Philadelphia.

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by the individual whose name appears on the registration. To be valid, submit all requests to CMAA Registration. No refunds will be made after Wednesday, September 18. CMAA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted; substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the event. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with the substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.
