A mentor/mentee relationship helps newer club managers gain traction in the industry and build connections with experienced professionals. Find out how these relationships begin and grow, and how to facilitate them to get the most out of the experience—even if you’re already in one!
Join Jim Cardamone, CCM, CCE (Glen Oak Country Club in Glen Ellyn, IL) and Todd Marsh, CCM, CCE (Conway Farms Golf Club in Lake Forest, IL) as they share the powerful relationship they have curated over the course of their careers that has now transcended the profession and has become special to each of them personally.
