CMAA’s career resources, ClubCareers, provide a wealth of information that is helpful at every stage of your career. Take some time to explore what’s available to you as a CMAA member: 

Job Boards: Check out CMAA’s job boards if you are looking for your next club opportunity or to fill a position at your club.  

The Managerial Openings List (MOL) is an online listing of clubs seeking upper management/executive level personnel and is available only to CMAA members. All postings on this list have salary ranges of $100,000 and above. 

The Mid-Management Career Opportunities List (MMCO) shows clubs looking to hire assistant managers, dining room managers, supervisors, membership directors, and various other entry- to mid-level management positions. Jobs on this list have salary ranges starting below $100,000. 

The Entry-Level Career Opportunities List is aimed at filling entry-level, hourly wage   jobs. CMAA members have identified the recruitment of employees as a top challenge. This job board is a no-cost member benefit. 

The Internship List showcases job opportunities submitted by clubs interested in providing valuable on-the-job education. There is no cost to post on this board. 

Coaching Services: What is coaching? Coaching is designed to support and enhance the best efforts of the person that uses it. Coaches are being used by top performers in business throughout the world. Those who aspire to be the best in any field of endeavor realize that they are often too close to see from the inside what someone else can see from the outside.

Verified Internship Program: Do you have an internship program at your club? If not, are you thinking of creating one? If so, please consider creating a CMAA Verified Internship Program! This program was developed to elevate and streamline club internship offerings and better expose students and young professionals to a career in club management.
