Entries & Judging
Preparing the Entry
The entry is divided into three sections: Student Chapter President’s Paragraph, Student Chapter Statistics, and Student Chapter Officer Reports. The questions your Chapter must answer are below. To submit an entry, click the “Submit an Entry” button online and fill out the form. We recommend that you create a Microsoft Word document with your answers to copy and paste them onto the online form when you are ready. The National Headquarters Team will score all Chapters that enter, so there is no additional information needed other than the meeting minutes for any meetings/events/tours. All entries should be submitted no later than May 15, 2025. Late entries WILL NOT be accepted.
Judging
The CMAA Chapter Relations Committee judges Sections 1 and 3. The National Headquarters Team will score Section 2. Please make sure your Student Chapter Secretary has submitted the meeting minutes and attendance rosters for all Chapter meetings/events/tours by April 30, 2025. Anything submitted to National Headquarters after April 30 will not be considered for judging. The sections are as follows:
- Section 1. Student Chapter President’s Paragraph
- Section 2. Student Chapter Statistics
- Section 3. Student Chapter Officer Reports
Awards
The Student Chapter of the Year award winners will be announced in September 2025 and will be presented during the 2026 World Conference and Club Business Expo. A plaque and a $1,000 World Conference Registration grant (funded by The Club Foundation) will be awarded to the winning Student Chapter in each size category. Winning Student Chapters will receive the grant by October 2025 so it can be applied to registration for the 2026 World Conference and Club Business Expo.
