  1. Download the App.
  2. When prompted, use Event ID: CMAABET24 when accessing the App for the first time.
  3. You will receive an email and text message to confirm your login. Be sure to provide the email address that matches your event registration.
  4. Make sure to log in to see all features, including the session surveys to qualify for your education credits.
  5. Add a profile picture to help identify yourself.

Please note:

  • The World Conference event app requires Android 10 and higher or iOS 14 and higher. Kindle Fire and other devices that use the Amazon App Store are not supported, but if you have another device that fits these requirements, you might consider that alternative.
  • A valid World Conference registration is required to access the App.

How Do I Submit a Certification Petition?

Members interested in sitting for the Certified Club Manager (CCM) exam must submit a Certification Petition to the National Office staff for review. Prior to submitting the Certification Petition, it’s important for each member to review their credit history to monitor their eligibility status.

Log on to your CMAA account and find “My Open Applications” to check your eligibility status on your own. You should use the eligibility status from your CMAA account to determine when you are ready to submit your Certification Petition. When you feel you’ve met all the CCM eligibility requirements, follow the steps below to submit your Certification Petition.

  1. Complete and submit a Certification Petition form, along with the non-refundable petition fee of $100. The Certification Petition form can be found on our website. (Petition will not be reviewed without verification and signature of a Notary Public)
  2. Once received by the CMAA National Office staff, the Certification Petition will be reviewed to ensure the form has been completed. The applicant’s credit history will be reviewed to show evidence that the eligibility requirements have been met.
  3. The applicant will be notified via email if he/she has met the eligibility requirements to sit for the CCM exam. If approved, the applicant will be notified via email with information on how to proceed with purchasing and scheduling the exam. If the applicant is not approved to sit for the exam, he/she will be notified via email with information on which requirements have not been met at this time.

Look for The Club Foundation at World Conference

Awards Breakfast

The Awards Breakfast, presented in partnership with Club Car, is an opportunity to celebrate members who received scholarships this year. The scholarships awarded are at the core of The Club Foundation’s mission: to financially support the club management profession through education, research, and outreach initiatives. Because these scholarships are competitive and awarded based on the merit of the application, those recognized represent our industry's brightest and strongest members. Add the Awards Breakfast to your registration if you haven’t already registered to join the celebration!

Golf Tournament

The Club Foundation Golf Tournament, with title sponsor Nicklaus Design, will take place on the afternoon of March 3, at Bear’s Best Las Vegas. We are pleased to share that the tournament is sold out! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out at 703-299-4284.

ClubLove 5K

The ClubLove 5K (run or walk) is a longstanding tradition during World Conference. You can still sign up for the 5K which takes place on the morning of March 7. The event starts at Mandalay Bay and runs up and down the iconic Las Vegas Strip. The Club Foundation is very grateful to our 5K title sponsor, Cobalt Software, for their support of this event. Proceeds support scholarships and grants from The Club Foundation.

Make Golf Your Thing’s Grassroots Grants Program Now Accepting Applications

Make Golf Your Thing, the collaborative industry movement working to accelerate golf’s evolution by making it more inclusive, is now accepting applications for its Grassroots Grants Program (GGP). The program works to support charitable organizations that are dedicated to increasing golf participation among historically underrepresented communities within the industry such as: Black, Latinx, Asian, Indigenous, women, members of the LBGTQ+ community, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.

Established in May 2021 through the American Golf Industry Coalition, Make Golf Your Thing has awarded $1.8 million to more than 200 organizations through its four phases of funding. This month marks the official start of the application window for Phase V, inviting charitable organizations to apply between now and Monday, March 4. A total of $700,000 is available for support.

Organizations and individuals can learn more about grant eligibility on the Grassroots Grants Program webpage.
