Let's Talk Club Management Ep. 106: Meet the 2023 Club Executive of the Year
On this episode, we are thrilled to be talking to the 2023 Club Executive of the Year, Boris Gradina, MCM, CCE. In November, Club Management magazine named Boris Gradina the 2023 Club Executive of the Year. A 17-year member of CMAA, Boris currently serves as the General Manager/Chief Executive Officer of Maryland Golf and Country Clubs (MGCC) in Bel Air, MD.
