Implementation

Offer a Club Culture Service & Club Etiquette sessions to students and new employees.

The club culture service course will focus on creating a welcoming and luxurious environment for members. This includes providing exceptional customer service, catering to individual preferences, and always maintaining a high level of professionalism. In addition, Club Etiquette course will teach employees how to deliver exceptional customer service. This includes being attentive, professionalism, courteous, creating a welcoming atmosphere for club members as well as respectful towards team and club members.
