Executive Mentorship Program

Entry Details

The executive mentorship program has greatly benefited the students. The students will gain a life - long relationship with a club manager. These experiences students will get open doors and opportunities they would not get if they didn't participate in this program.

Implementation

This program was implemented last semester, and turned out to be a huge success. The students would meet with their mentors a minimum of once monthly for the entire semester. This program was offered to chapter members, as well as being a requirement for students in the private clubs course.
