Managers Appreciation Dinner

Entry Details

The University of Delaware’s CMAA Managers Appreciation Dinner serves as a bridge between students and club managers. This special evening allows local managers to experience the dedication and effort UDCMAA invests throughout the year. Beyond showing appreciation  to the managers, this event is UDCMAA’s largest fundraiser, allowing many members to attend both student and world conferences.

Implementation

This idea was implemented 30 years ago with a collaboration between the student chapter and PVCMA. Since then, the Managers Appreciation Dinner has been some of the chapter members favorite memories throughout the year. Members enjoy breaking up into their four groups- decor, culinary, silent auction, and education-  to explore their interest and watch the whole event unfold.
