This idea allows for newcomer chapter members to be guided by chapter members who have already been active in the chapter for a while. This allows the new chapter members to feel less intimidated when joining this new environment for the first time.
Implementation
This has not been implemented yet. However, I believe this would be good for newer members to learn more about the chapter through their peers' eyes.
