Entry Details

This idea has enhanced our chapter's operation by making our students more comfortable around our local professionals, making them more excited to come to collaborative events, and better equipped to ask intelligent questions which benefit everyone present.

Implementation

This semester we implemented the idea in the form of a scholarship reception for one of our local industry scholarship awards. The chapter members loved the opportunity to interact with all of the scholarship awardees and were excited to share their stories and experiences with our student chapter members. Furthermore, they relished the opportunity to connect with us and encouraged us to keep in touch and ask any questions we may have.
