Networking Mixer

The networking mixer has helped Johnson and Wales University – Charlotte chapter by allowing students to understand CMAA in a more insightful way. We have been allowing students to understand why going to student and world conferences is important. This idea has helped new members learn network and connect with others for their future success.

Implementation

Johnson and Wales University – Charlotte chapter members love this idea. This has been seen as a success from their perspective, particularly as the networking mixer has played a key role in attracting new members. Our club has experienced significant growth each year, with hospitality students increasingly entering the private club industry and enjoying the experience. The event also provides student members with the opportunity to break the ice and forge meaningful connections. In doing so, we are helping to pave the way for the success of future CMAA members.
