This idea has brought forward members, both outside the hospitality majors, and those not normally being interested in club operations, as well as produced increased participation and interest from a wide range in the schools greater community and in the club itself.

Implementation

The idea implementation has added several members who have become greatly interested in the field despite (around 1/3rd of total) new members not being initially interested in the club industry. This new increase in membership diversity amongst the club have assisted our chapter and our veteran members in bringing new and fresh ideas and inspiration to the table for future use and greater ideas for impact possible and reach.
