Recruitment and Retention

Entry Details

We want to attract members of our student body to become a member of our club on campus. We want to give them fun activities to join in on and get them excited about being a member of CMAA at JWU Charlotte.

Implementation

My partner and I discussed our idea during our monthly CMAA meeting with our other student members and our faculty advisor. We were most wanting to capture the students that really do not leave their dorm room except for classes or a fun activity. By giving these students this opportunity to bring a carnival to them, we think will give us a high turnout rate for the club for the next year!
