What Attracts and Excites Student Members

This idea has enhanced our student chapter's operation because it attracts new members, allowing them the chance to grow professionally and realize that this will help them advance in the future. For current members, our club tours and attendance at conferences have allowed them to gain connections and broaden their scope of knowledge to give them a glimpse now of what they can achieve when they are private club professionals.

Implementation

The idea of taking the initiative to contact club managers to set up club tours was made so that we can further connect with current club professionals and take advantage of the opportunities we have to see the diverse operations within private clubs. Our student chapter's reactions have been positive. Our current members have embraced the opportunity to meet club professionals, hear about their internships, make
