The Club Foundation Announces 2018 James B. Singerling Scholarship Recipients

Alexandria, VA – The Club Foundation is pleased to announce the 2018 recipients of its James B. Singerling Scholarship. The purpose of this scholarship is to make it possible for recipients to attend the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) World Conference on Club Management and Club Business Expo for the first time as a club industry professional. In 2014, The Club Foundation established the James B. Singerling Scholarship in honor of CMAA’s long-time CEO, Jim Singerling, upon his retirement after 25 years of leadership.

The 2018 recipients are:

  • Elizabeth Barry, Bronxville Field Club, Bronxville, NY        
  • Kaitlyn Allen, Carriage Club, Kansas City, MO                               
  • Peter Gesuale, Yellowstone Country Club, Billings, MT                  
  • Brian Ramsey, The Club at Longview, Weddington, NC
  • Hannah Robinson-Kass, Farmington Country Club, Charlottesville, VA

Seth Gregg, Senior Vice President of Business Development for CMAA said, “The funding of this scholarship will enable recipients to benefit from the expansive professional development and networking opportunities available at the World Conference. We are pleased to foster the growth of club management professionals striving to make a positive impact on the industry and in their communities.”
